Finally Me

OUR JOURNEY TOWARDS SELF-EMANCIPATION

Paul Chartier's practice companion for locating where you are, interrupting the old loop, and taking one constructive action.

Mission

Finally Me exists so people can reclaim agency when life has broken open.

Paul Chartier created the Finally Me methodology: a clear path from the Fracture Point through practice, catharsis, and self emancipation. David E. Sproule builds the tools that carry that path into daily life: the companion app, the website, and the craft that makes practice usable when someone is stuck.

Together we turn a living philosophy into something you can hold in your hands. The book teaches the system. The app helps you locate where you are, interrupt the old loop, and take one constructive action. Our shared work is to keep that promise honest, practical, and worthy of the people who need it.

A path of light opening beyond cracked ground, with broken chain links left behind
Agency begins where the old ground breaks.

What it is

The book teaches. The companion helps you practice.

Three models, one path: Maslow for where you are going, the stages of change for how movement happens, and the Finally Me spiral as the vehicle.

  • Locate your stage, unmet need, and milestone
  • Interrupt the pattern that keeps you stuck
  • Take one constructive action toward agency
Hands with a journal, a broken chain link, and a lotus bloom
Practice when you are stuck. One honest step at a time.

How beta works

Try it in the browser. Install on Android if you want.

The web beta runs at finallyme.help/app. Progress stays on your device for now. The Android APK is a debug build for early testers while we prepare a Play Store release.

This is a practice companion, not a clinic. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or 988 in Canada and the United States.
